Identified
After thorough investigation, we have identified that the issue stems from the process of updating the MSAL version in SharePoint, which is being gradually rolled out by Microsoft across tenants in different regions. The version of the library implemented for affected clients is causing an authentication loop in our web parts.
Based on the nature of this issue, we anticipate that more customers may be affected over time, regardless of the type of their Azure AD. Rest assured, we are taking all possible measures on our end to prevent the issue from escalating further.
We are in contact with Microsoft's support team and are actively working to find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
